Drip Squad Inclement Weather Policy

Purpose

The purpose of this policy is to establish procedures to cancel appointments due to hazardous weather conditions and ensure the safety of both our clients and staff during inclement weather.

Policy Statement

We understand that weather conditions can make it difficult to keep scheduled appointments. We are concerned with the safety of both our clients and our employees. In the case that inclement weather interferes with scheduled appointments, Drip Squad will contact you to reschedule. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment due to weather conditions, please give us as much advance notice as possible. You will not be charged for rescheduling an appointment for a future date due to inclement weather or a cancelled appointment. We will provide a full refund to you if we need to cancel an appointment because the weather conditions are unsafe for our staff to drive in them.

Inclement weather must meet the National Weather Service definition of "Dangerous Weather".  To qualify for having the fee waived, The National Weather Service should have issued a Major Storm Warning either during the day of the appointment, or in advance of an expected appointment (ex. Winter Storm Warning).  You can check warnings at http://www.weather.gov/.

Drip Squad reserves the right to cancel an appointment in the case of inclement weather if it jeopardizes the safety of our staff.
